Service Doors

Service doors are used primarily at exterior openings. They can be furnished in galvanized steel, prime paint, over galvanized steel, stainless steel or Aluminum and can be motor, chain hoist, hand crank or manually operated. A great variety of special applications is possible including, but not limited to, crane way and aircraft hangar openings, horizontally mounted tank and escalator covers and protective covers for industrial machinery.

All Weather Service Doors

All weather doors are service doors with full perimeter weather stripping minimizing the infiltration of wind, dust, and moisture.

Fire doors

Fire doors are used to separate the contents of one side of an opening from the other and to prevent loss in the event of a fire. They can be furnished in galvanized steel, prime paint over galvanized steel, or stainless steel and can be motor, chain hoist or manually operated. All fire doors are manufactured under approved procedures tested and listed with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and Factory Mutual Research. Smoke doors are also available.

Motor Operators

Motor Operators are recommended for convenience in operation of all rolling products, and are available in a variety of types, sizes and power output. All motor operators are manufactured to satisfy a variety of NEMA classifications, in accordance with approved procedures tested and listed with Underwriters Laboratories Inc.

Thermal Doors

Thermal doors are service doors with insulated curtains and full perimeter weather stripping. The curtains are manufactured from front and back slats of galvanized steel, prime paint over galvanized steel, stainless steel or aluminum, and filled with foamed-in-place polyurethane insulation. Thermal doors can be motor, chain hoist or manually operated.

Rolling Grilles

Rolling grilles have a variety of uses including, but not limited to, storefront closures, parking garage entrances, restricting interiors access inside public buildings, and in combination with service doors at exterior openings providing security and ventilation. Rolling grilles can be motor, chain hoist or manually operated.

Counter Shutters

Counter shutters are primarily used for counter top openings in kitchens, coat check rooms, part counters, ticket windows and concession areas. They are available in either galvanized steel, prime paint over galvanized steel, stainless steel, anodized aluminum or wood. Counter shutters can be motor, chain hoist or manually operated.

Fire Shutters

Fire shutters (fire counter doors) are primarily used for counter top openings in kitchens, check rooms, part counters, ticket windows and concession areas where smaller fire barriers are required. They are available in either galvanized steel, prime paint over galvanized steel or stainless steel and are labeled products manufactured under approved procedures tested and listed with Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and Factory Mutual Research. Smoke shutters are also available. Fire shutters can be motor, chain hoist or manually operated.

Smoke Doors and Shutters

Smoke resistant products are used to satisfy building code requirements for separation of elevator shafts from lobbies. They are fire rated products that have perimeter seals and are listed by either Underwriters Laboratories Inc. and/or Warnock Hershey Inc.
